When you buy an AquaLife RO water filter, you are buying from the manufacturer — Aqualife Waters (Pvt) Ltd. That means direct warranty, service and genuine spare parts from the people who make it.

What you get

12-month warranty	Covers all electrical and electronic parts for 12 months.
Free service charges for 12 months	Transport and technician charges are free in the first year.

What the warranty covers

• Covered: all electrical and electronic parts of the purifier for 12 months, plus 12 months of free service (no transport or technician charges).
• Not covered: parts that are not electrical or electronic — for example filter cartridges — and physical damage. The body is made from durable, food-grade ABS plastic.
• The warranty becomes void if sea water or lagoon water is put through the purifier, or if the inside of the purifier is opened, or parts are removed or fitted, by anyone not approved by AquaLife.

1. Call or WhatsApp 071 104 1635 (24 hours).
2. Tell us your name, phone number and, if you have it, your order reference (AF-…).
3. We arrange a technician visit to your home.
