Free RO Water Filter Installation and Lifetime Service
Every AquaLife RO water filter is installed free of charge by an authorised AquaLife technician, anywhere in Sri Lanka. After installation you get free service charges for the first 12 months and lifetime service support.
How installation works
- Order — call or WhatsApp 071 104 1635, or send the order form.
- Free water test — we check your water quality (including TDS) so we can confirm the right setup for your home.
- Delivery and installation date — installation is usually done within 1–5 days of your order.
- Installation — the technician mounts the purifier on the wall and connects it. This takes about 1–2 hours.
- Hand-over — the technician shows you how to use it and how to contact us for service.
What you need at home
- A wall where the purifier can be mounted (it is a wall-mounted system)
- A standard power socket within 1 metre
- A water supply point within 2 metres

Service after installation
- First 12 months: service charges (transport and technician) are free.
- Lifetime service: AquaLife provides service for as long as you use the purifier.
- Genuine spare parts: all replacement filters and parts are available from AquaLife.

High-TDS water areas
The standard purifier is recommended where the water’s TDS level is below 800. If the free water test shows a TDS above 800, a High TDS membrane must be added for an extra Rs. 4,500. We tell you this before you pay.
Replacing filters
Pre-filters protect the rest of the system and need replacing from time to time — more often with muddy or well water. Signs include slower water flow or a dark, clogged cartridge. See our pre-filter cartridges page or ask our technician to recommend an interval for your home.

Is installation really free?
Yes. Installation by an authorised technician is free, anywhere in Sri Lanka.
How long does it take?
About 1–2 hours, usually within 1–5 days of your order.
Can it be placed on a counter?
It is designed for wall mounting.
What if my water is very hard or salty?
The free water test checks your TDS. Above 800, a High TDS membrane is added for Rs. 4,500. Sea water or lagoon water must never be used — it also voids the warranty.
